Due to lack of resources in English I decided to start a blog which might help for new players.
Liga Ultras is a relatively new online multiplayer football / soccer game.
The one of the main players skills - is an influence.
You need influence to help your team to win the match.
Recommendations for beginners:
1. Choose your position (you can switch between positions later using gold)
2. Hire coaches / trainers. They will help to improve your player's level.
You need to be at least level 2 to be able to apply the influence to the next match
There are 5 types of coaches:
- physical
- goalkeeper
- defense
- midfielder
- attack
For goalkeepers use following trainers (goalkeeper, physical, defense, midfield)
I would use the same trainers for the rest of positions (physical, defense, midfield, attack)
Some coaches train the same skill.
Each coach rated by stars - one star coach trains for 10 minutes before generates 2 point of skill.
Click "Start" button to start the training.
Each 1 star coach uses 10 points of energy It will cost you 1000 in game dollars. Two stars coach costs 5000 dollars, and generates more points for longer period of time. You can check an amount of energy pointing the mouse into the Energy bar at upper right corner:
As soon you used all your energy, try to upgrade your energy bank. Click on the "plus", then go to upgrades section, and buy 10 energy limits. For the beginners I would recommend buying up to 130 energy points.
3. Go to the "Next match" tab.
Try to apply your influence to the next match.
All beginners get a half star rating. As a half star player you can do it only at one peak.
Each click "Play" uses 10 points of energy. It adds points to the "Maintain your daily form" section
You can get maximum 7 points of your influence which will give you rewards after the end of the match.
You will see you points in the bottom part of the next match section. Try to get 7 points.
Just find your name and see how many points you have.
Click "Help?" link in game to read about the mechanics of the match / pre-match actions.

It's end of the first part of the guide. Please, feel free to correct my mistakes or ask game related questions :)
Have fun!
Very helpful blog, thanks for taking your time to write it :) I wanted to ask if I should buy all types of trainers and not only the ones that train what my players is (ex. my player is a defender,do I have to buy a second defense trainer or an attack/midfield/goalkeeper trainer?) , thanks.
